SPECIFIC SALES CONDITIONS - CETELEM PAYMENT

3X OFFER BY CREDIT CARD
It is a payment solution in 3 installments by credit card Visa or Mastercard * which allows to stagger the payment of the order in 3 debits according to the following schedule:
1st deadline on the day of your order: 1/3 of the amount of the basket + booking fees of 1.4 percent of the amount of your order (booking fees capped at € 9)
2nd deadline: 30 days after your order of 1/3 of the basket amount
3rd deadline: 60 days after your order of 1/3 of the amount of the basket.
(*) To benefit from the payment in 3xCB, it is enough to respect the conditions below: the amount of your basket must be between 90 € and 3000 € - you must reside in Metropolitan France - you must be of legal age - the payment must be made via a Visa or Mastercard CB (excluding Electron, Maestro, e-CB and pre-paid CB cards) - your bank card must be valid within 90 days of your 1st due date.
The subscription to 3xCB requires the electronic signature by double click of a financing contract of less than 90 days, contract for which you have a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from its conclusion.
No payment of any kind may be required from an individual before obtaining one or more money loans.
Example: for a basket to be paid of 300 €: 1st installment of 104.20 € (including 4.20 € of administration fees), followed by 2 installments of 100 € each. Total cost of the credit operation € 304.20. Conditions in effect on 01/10/2017.
"Payment in 3 installments by bank card" will be offered to you at the payment selection stage (once your basket has been validated).
